We will only consider non online booking for seasonal touring caravan pitches, secure storage or in situations where online booking is not an option i.e. where an individual does not have access to a mobile device, PC or tablet or is restricted from doing so due to a disability. Once your booking has been accepted, we will issue confirmation. The booking is not complete until the booking confirmation is issued. Without booking confirmation you will not be entitled to stay on the park.
-
You will be notified of the fee payable at the time of booking. This will include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
-
Prices advertised in any brochure and/or on our website or other booking channels are applicable and deemed correct at the point of booking.

Payment in full is required when submitting an on-line booking via our website <60 days before arrival. Payment terms may differ where booking through an alternative channel. Credit card details are required in relation to a security deposit of £99 per booking for our luxury glamping pods and £1,500 for our luxury house. Assuming no damage is caused, card details are released within 7 days from departure.

Once we have received your payment your booking is confirmed and our agreement is a legal contract. In the event of cancellation, for any reason, in line with our cancellation policy, your payment may not be refundable and is not transferable.
-
